What is the best spot to train a pokemon who wants to gain attack effect points?
I have recently bought Pokemon heart gold and im trying to train a pokemon with a really high attack. I can go anywhere up to route 38 and I am looking for a training spot to earn attack effect points. Can anyone help me by telling me a spot to earn these
